Rhian Dickins

Level 2 Accredited Coach

Playing History

  • 10 years playing for Richmond Cricket Club (Jnrs & Snrs)
  • Junior Rep Teams: Dowling Shield, Hatch (Craig Shield), Junior rep programs
  • 10 years in premier cricket (North Melbourne & Fitzroy Doncaster)
  • 15 years in ECA Dunstan Shield (Canterbury Cricket Club)
  • 4 years playing for Mitcham CC

Played over 450 games of cricket (incl. batting and bowling awards)

Coaching History

  • 4 Years Coaching U10 and U12 Boys/Girls from Mitcham Cricket Club (20/21 Runners Up RDCA U/10.5, 21/22 Premiers RDCA U12.1)
  • 10 Years Coaching U8 to U12 Boys and Girls for Blackburn Vikings Basketball Association (current)

Stuart Jones

Level 2 Accredited Coach

Playing History

  • Played 280 games of club cricket in Melbourne across A & B grade 
  • Batsman / Keeper
  • Highlights – Winning the Southern Districts A Grade flag in 1999/2000
  • Awarded life membership of Waverley CC in 2000 at the age of 34 as a club administrator

Coaching History

  • Level 1 for 7 years. Coach Juniors at Mt Waverley CC in the sub-district competition.
  • Coaches U17 A  as well as Craig Shield / pathways coordinator
  • Level 1 Junior AFL coach for the past 7 years
  • Has been working with Century Cricket Coaching (formerly ACI) for the last 2 years as lead academy coach for the Melbourne Outer East program

It has certainly evolved over the years! For me, it’s all about learning more about the player to see how I can help them best and in what areas they need support developing.

  • Multiple champion player awards with Camberwell Magpies CC in Vic Premier Cricket 1st and 2nd XI level
  • Highly experienced coach and primary educator through multiple roles, programs and organisations

Has been working with Century Cricket Coaching (formerly Australian Cricket Institute) for the last 2 years as lead academy coach for the Melbourne Inner East  program.

  • A great understanding and knowledge of training habits, processes and training plans to help you improve your game constantly
